Is it easy to change payroll providers?
YES! Once you request to use our service, we will first send you a letter of engagement to electronically sign. We will then contact your current provider and facilitate the switch on your behalf.
How do my employees access their payslips?
We are able to offer a cloud-based portal dedicated to the employees. Here, they can access and/or download their payslips, view P60s and update personal details to name a few features.
How do I know if I have any Pay As You Earn (PAYE) to pay each tax month?
Our cloud-based Employers portal includes a HMRC payments page where you can view your liabilities for each completed tax month. Here you can also find information on how to pay your liabilities over to HMRC and you can also record your payment on the system to keep you up-to-date. You will also receive an email on the 15th of each month to inform you of liabilities due (if any).
My employee’s hours/pay amount change each pay period, how do I communicate this with you?
We can send a payroll entry request on a rolling basis via the secure Employers portal. Here you can input the employee’s hours/pay amount for that pay period. Payroll approval requests are also a feature we can utilise if there’s an occasion where we need you to confirm a pay period is correct before finalising the payslips.

STEM payroll are amazing. They’ve been a huge help!
